Drive from Port Said or Suez to Cairo. Drive through the city of Cairo, cross to the western side of the Nile River to see Giza Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the World .The Sphinx, with its monumental proportions, lions body, and human facial features, provides an unexpected naturalistic contrast to the geometric shapes of the pyramids. Visit the exhibit of the fascinating Solar Boat and the Valley Temple.
After lunch we will visit the famous Cairo Museum of Antiquities. The museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tut-Ankh-Amon collection of treasure, gold and jewelry which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before. Return back by bus to Port Said or Suez as per program, those continuing by train to Luxor (Mini Med Red) will be transferred to the rail station. Price: €70 per person Price includes:
